I am part of the Rodney Strong Collector Circle Wine Club. How do I receive a discount on my ticket purchase?
To show our appreciation for your patronage, Rodney Strong Wine Club members get the $5 facility fee charged on each ticket waived! To get this discount, please find the unique code that was emailed to you the end of April by the folks at Rodney Strong. This code can be used to purchase tickets online, at the box office or the phone. The unique codes will allow you to purchase a maximum of 4 Series Tickets and up to 4 seats for each of the 5 concerts.
Will there be tickets sold at the event?
With our strong talent lineup, we expect sold out shows, but if there are any tickets left, we will be selling them the day of show.
Will there be an onsite Box Office?
Yes, there is a Box Office in the Tasting Room at the winery. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and we will also have a “day of” box office at the entrance into the concert venue that opens at 2 p.m..
Will there be a Will Call service?
With our electronic on-line ticketing system, there is no need for will call services, however, if a unique circumstance requires us to hold your tickets for you until the day of the concert, we can provide this service.
What is the refund policy?
There are absolutely no refunds provided, including unanticipated changes in talent, times, bad weather, etc.
Are upgrades available?
Yes, upgrades are available provided there are tickets available for the premium ticket you are interested in. Please contact [email protected] if you are interested in an upgrade.
When do the gates open to go into the event?
Our customer service team will be at the venue ready to help you by 2 p.m. The gates to the concert venue will open at 4 p.m.
Will I be searched upon entry to the festival?
Yes, all bags will be checked as you enter the concert venue.

Where can I park my car at the vineyard?
There are several areas at the vineyard to park, and our parking attendants will help you find a spot. However, space is limited, so please try and carpool when possible. Parking is located behind the winery off Eastside road. Attendants will help.
What can I bring to the Concert Series?
-Low back chairs for GA customers only
Note: chair legs at 12” or lower; overall chair height not to exceed 32”
-Camera (no video, no flash)
-A reusable water bottle for free water
-Credit cards are accepted for alcohol purchases and at the gate, but bring cash for food and merchandise
What should I leave at home?
-Alcoholic Beverages (even Rodney Strong wines)
-Tables (even short ones)
-Pets (except service animals)
-Video recording equipment
-Children under the age of 6 (older children will need to have a ticket)
Can I bring Rodney Strong wine into the concert?
Wine purchased at the Tasting Room on the same day as the concert will be allowed into the concert venue. In addition, wonderful Rodney Strong wines will be sold by the bottle and the glass inside the concert venue.
Is the Concert Series all ages?
Children 6 years and older are permitted to attend the concerts at Rodney Strong Vineyards and must sit within the same section as their accompanying adult. However, children under the age of 6 will not be permitted to attend the festival. There is no price difference for children’s tickets and no exceptions to this ticket policy.

Is re-entry allowed at the festival?
Re-entry will be allowed provided the guest has their ticket and a handstamp.
What forms of payment are accepted at the festival?
We accept the following payment methods at the venue: cash, ATM/Debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.)
Are there ATM machines at the winery?
There are no ATMs at the winery, so please bring cash for your expected purchases.
Will I be able to buy food and drinks at the event?
Absolutely! Not only will Rodney Strong wine be available, but wonderful food and treats are available from Big Boy’s BBQ, Gus and Maria Lopez, one of Sonoma County’s longest local restaurateurs.
Will I be able to buy band merchandise at the event?
Yes, most of our acts will have merchandise available for you to purchase. Don’t forget to bring some cash to buy the merchandise!
Are there restrooms at Rodney Strong Vineyard?
Yes, there are restrooms available.
Are there lockers available?
We are sorry, but no, there are no lockers at the venue.
Is there security onsite?
Yes, there is private security at the venue.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes, the lost and found station will be at the check-in table near the entrance into the venue. Any lost and found inquiries after the concert should be made to [email protected].

What if it rains or there is bad weather?
The concert is rain or shine, so plan on bundling up if the weather looks challenging.
What are the parking options?
Guest Parking Lot on Eastside. This parking lot is the main lot for all concerts. It is located at the back of the winery off Eastside Road. There is no shuttle service from this lot. It is about a 5-7 minute walk through the winery to the concert venue.
ADA Parking. This parking is limited and open to those with ADA parking placards. To locate, drive in the main Rodney Strong driveway off Old Redwood Hwy. Parking staff will be there to assist you. There is no shuttle, but it is just around the corner from the concert venue.
Offsite parking will be offered for concerts on July 23, August 21 and September 17. Located directly off the Arata Lane exit on Hwy 101 on Old Redwood Hwy, this lot will have a shuttle service to and from the winery. It is a 5-7 minute drive to the concert venue.
